From Salisbury via Downton
Leave Salisbury heading towards Fordingbridge on A338. Turn left into Downton at traffic lights and The Bull pub. Go all the way through Downton & out of the village and continue on B3080 for about a mile. Then turn left into Bowers Hill just after a small parade of takeaways (Yen’s, Kebab House and Shere Khan Restaurant) on right. Turn right opposite Kings Head pub into Princes Hill. Goggs Lane is on the left (approx half a mile along) and Brook Cottage is the third house on the right.
From Salisbury on A36 towards Southampton – passing Tescos
Stay on A36 and go straight on at traffic lights (signed Whiteparish and A27). Take the next right (signed Downton & Redlynch with Newton Farmhouse B&B on the corner). This is a long, narrow and very windy lane – go to the very end, turn left and then immediately right into Goggs Lane. Go pass “Pensworth Dairy” and a few houses on either side of the road, past a field and Brook Cottage is the next house on the left hand side. If you over shoot you will come to the end of the lane – turn around and we are the third house on the right.
From the M27
Leave M27 at junction2 and take the A36 towards Salisbury for 7.2 miles. Take the left (signed Downton & Redlynch with Newton Farmhouse B&B on the corner).
